I think the cartoon is fairly flattering for Glen.
It just needs to be captioned, "Plowing over the cold winter of irresponsible big government Madison liberalism."
Off topic but just found this site, so here's my contribution:
Glenn Grothman: wrong for talking to himself outloud and grunting annoyingly while running at the YMCA.
I've seen him several times there, and everytime I've been running right next to him he gives himself a peptalk every quarter mile or so. In between pants and grunts, that is.
