Glenn Grothman: wrong budget priorities, again.

Hi folks,

Glenn's been busy winging it on the budget allocations for the next biennium. As usual we've heard lot's of "we don't need ...." from him and, as always, nothing about what we might want or what we could afford that would make Wisconsin an even nicer place to live.

Anyway, a picture is worth 1000 words, so here's my cat's reaction to the budget.

Glenn came to the school board meeting last night. Honestly, I am not sure he could have said less. Though he did get his shot in at WEAC. I am not sure if he knows what he should be doing in Madison if it doesn't involve cutting taxes and bad mouthing immigrants.

Dang - wish I had known that he was going to be at the School Board meeting (West Bend?). I think his ideology (and those of his cronies) are partly to blame for where the West Bend school district is at - "bumper sticker" politics and all.

I agree that he doesn't know what he should be doing in Madison - imagine as a career politician looking for life-time employment, he only needs to talk about cutting taxes and bad mouthing immigrants - that should be enough to keep his base happy and his paycheck flowing - it doesn't take much in West Bend. Maybe someday someone will point out that he promised much, delivered nothing.
