Do I really understand that Glenn wants to get rid of evaluation procedures beyond looking at student test scores?
That's like judging a doctor by whether or not her patients take their medicine.
Oh, wait... I see: it's exactly the same as deciding whether a state Senator is any good based on whether enough people vote for him -- like doctors who are popular because they give their patients all the prescriptions they want, rather than the ones that are good for them.
Now it makes sense.
I guess it's still better to be Right than right.
