Glenn Grothman: wrong on family planning.

Sometimes, in the haze of incredulity, I forget that Glenn is actually a right-wing extremist.

Chris Taylor is right: GOP assault on family planning outrageous

“For years, extremists like Glenn Grothman have been attempting to eliminate access to family planning services for Wisconsin women and men, including cervical and prostate cancer screenings, testing and treatment for STDs, and access to birth control. As the public policy director for Planned Parenthood, I have been proud to fight for each individual’s right to access these services and exercise their fundamental right to make personal, private health care decisions,” Taylor explained.

Ironically, when you eliminate access to family planning, you increase the number of unplanned and unwanted pregnancies and, therefore, you increase the number of abortions... but then, figuring this out would require the same neural pathways you'd use to distinguish between "gross" and "net" -- something none of today's "conservatives" are able to do either.

-- unless Glenn is smart enough to figure this out and is intentionally working to cause MORE abortions.... wait, of course that's what he's doing! Without the abortion issue, he'd never get reelected. Oh, the genius of it... he needs to increase the number of abortions to give his anti-abortion-in-every-single-case stance merit.

Now it makes sense.
