Glenn (Beck-Ola) Grothmann either understands what he's doing to his district's major public school system, in which case he's an evil bastard, or he doesn't understand, in which case he's just a nitwit way in over his head. I say he's slightly evil (because, after all, he willfully chose to be a Republican) and mostly nuts.
